Went to conduct a stock take procedure for the mentioned restaurant which is situated at Pandan Lake Club, today.
I personally don't enjoy the stock take for a restaurant coz I always feel that the working environment in the kitchen are busy and messy. Need to be super careful walking on the oily, icy and wet floor. Have to be hyper alert coz everybody is walking in and out, left and right, up and down in the kitchen area.... Making sure that I am not blocking anyone. Luckily we still manage to complete everything efficiently on time.
The client so kind enough as they treat us dim sum lunch at this restaurant. This is the first time I stepped into this restaurant, not to mention having lunch here. So the person in charge ordered everything for us.
Be frank, I'm a bit disappointed with the food here. No other reason for such disappointment. Just merely can't feel any surprise here. Nothing is outstanding or special out there. No point of attraction to blog about at all. The best that I can think of is the environment there... is so peace coz no big crowd there. Hahaha!!
