Leo's Cafe @ The Store, Sri Petaling

Yesterday was indeed a busy day for me. Reason being I need to accompany my sister to meet her 2 friends cum business partners. The first one is to do with unit trust stuff and decided to meet up at her house. Hence not much to talk about.

The second one is to do with direct sales stuff. We met up at the mentioned Leo's Cafe. Since both of them were busy on discussion, I made an extra order for a french toast on top of hot chocolate as supper lo.

Hot chocolate is great as is really full with chocolate taste. Satisfied with it!!

But the french toast really a big shock for me.

This is what I got. It was totally not within my expectation. I was expecting something like KimGarry. This french toast is made of pandan coated with eggs. Oh My God!!! Its kinda creative but it really looked so funny. Once I tasted it, I really regret for my life. I swear that I won't order French Toast at Leo's Cafe anymore. And in the coming few weeks or even few months, I'm not gonna eat french toast anymore.... Phobia on it!!

A series of things that I have to do annually

Previously at the end of July, I only have to remind myself to do 2 things. This year there is a bit different. I have to do a series of 3 process together.

Firstly, I swiped my credit card and renewed my motor insurance policy which caused me RM846.44 poorer but at the same time, I got 846 point for my credit card. At least better that then nothing. I did this on July 16, 2008 this year.

Secondly, I renewed my road tax. As usual, it costs me RM72.00. I did it on July 22, 2008 which is 4 days earlier than the expiration of my previous road tax.

Finally... which is the most important point, I got the RM625.00 rebate already. I did it on July 26, 2008 which means even before my new road tax takes effect. So, now I can tell you guys, once we've renewed our road tax, we can straight away collect the rebate from post office. No need to wait until our new road tax takes effect. Sometimes, our beloved government also quite efficient le!!

My 'baby' is back again

OOhhhh... My baby is back again. Checked the car after that. Everything is Ok on the same day. But a bit disappointed on the following day. The problem came back again. I know sometimes my skin is quite thick but if I sent it back to the workshop again, this would be my fourth complaint on the same issue. Feels 'paiseh' already le!! So I think I won't go back to the workshop again lo.

Disappointed tea break again!!

Every Wednesday there would be a tea break session in my Company at 3.00pm whereby the Company would prepare some bread, pastry or cakes for the staffs. Kinda nice arrangement. I have been based in client's place for months until I almost forget about this 'once a week tea break culture' in my office.

3.00pm sharp.... again I heard my colleagues yelled out ' time for cheese cake, get your share from the pantry'. Wow..... I really didn't expect that my tea break of hot milo with cheese cake, yummy yummy!! I quickly stepped into pantry and this is what I got for my tea break session..................>>>

Obviously ..... is a 'cheap cake' instead of 'Cheese cake'. I'm so disappointed. I'm disappointed with the cakes served. I think there might be something wrong with my ears or else I might be very missing cheese cake....

I hate to do this thing!!

Audit department is assigned with a new mission again. This time, our Customer Service Manager namely Sherine, on behalf of Managing Partner of Cheng & Co., Mr. H.H.Chua asked us to distribute a survey form of 'Intellectual Capital Study of SMEs in Malaysia' to our valued clients for them to fill up.

I felt not comfortable with such arrangement. Reason being all this while I'm input or brain-washed by my Company that we are not allowed to waste a single minutes. Every single working second should be a productive one. In short, wasting is strictly not allowed.

However, I'm now abit confusing whereby currently I'm instructed to distribute a survey form with 13 pages length to the clients. Seems completely contradict with my company's motion!! I'm trying to figure out the best way of persuading the clients to 'spend' times on this survey.

However, a little mug with Cheng & Co. logo will be given to a group of 3 people who completed the survey form..... Can you imagine, 3 people sharing a small mug, what's the point??? Another drawback when I need to carry this little cute mug to client's place. Once broken, who is liable? Really hate to do all these stuff !!!!!!!!!

Really can't believe in this inflation era, we still manage to find such cheap chocolate. Planned to try them out 1 day as frankly speaking, I really never try them before. So not much comment on it taste now>>>>>

I must survive!!

Breathlessssss..... too much job in office. Stacks of accounts waiting to be finalised, tonnes of document to be reviewed, arrays of consolidated financial statements to be constructed, lots of cases yet to be started auditing, thousands of confirmation letters to be prepared....... stressful and stressful and stressful!!

I've been working super hard in office today... non-stop doing my job for more than 8 hours marathon. Tiring!! But still lots of files on my desks, Help!! My eyes are soooo tired and my shoulders are soooo sore. I need a good massage for it. I need OSIM, Ogawa, Gintel... anything!! I think I too old to work harder again!!

Another 2 weeks.... another 2 weeks everything will be fine. I must survive!!
