We joined the morning Body Jam class today. The class is conducted by Caroline. As this is a morning class, again not much members turned up. Only less than 10 of us. My sisters prefer a class with less members but myself prefer a class with moderate number of members of around 20+.
During the Body Jam session, her instruction is not so clear and her movement also a bit kelam-kabut. I did the class with my own memory for the movements on those tracks. Thanks to Cheryl and Simone on your BJ coaching previously or else I'll stone in the class today. I really can't pick up Caroline's instruction at all. I can see some of the members looked so nervous in the class.
I supposed she should be a very new instructor. But after the class, the instructor told us that she been to MF once to teach BJ two years back. Now I remember her....... Poor thing, seems like she doesn't gain any improvement since two years back...
Happened to meet Jack Wong there, my Body Combat instructor 2 years back. He is now the GX Coordinator for TF. So surprise and happy that he still remember us. He is my first Body Combat instructor. Glad to meet him again. He still as fit as before.
My sister continued to join the Bodyvive new launching session. She seems enjoying it very very much. This class is generally designed for the 40's and above. I think she is getting closer to the 40's. Hahaha.....
