My mistake, my surprise!!

To my surprise, my colleague, Chew Wei told me that the sick leave that I'm actually entitled this year altogether should be 18 instead of 14. That means I still have another 15 days of sick leave to be claimed (if i wish to), hahaha. So i quickly glanced through the Company employee's guide book for further clarification. Yes, she is right, is 18 days altogether.It seems like I really have no idea at all on the Company's employee benefit although I've been working here for around 5 years.
