My AS1M passbook......... This RM10billion unit trust is opened for public subscription from yesterday onwards. 50% is allocated to Bumiputra, 30% to Chinese, 15% to Indian and 5% to other races = Satu Malaysia. Since yesterday was my working day, I was not available to join the queue. But heard my sister told me that she waited for almost an hour at the Maybank of Damansara to serve 4 people and this is the reason she gave up to wait further.
I reached CIMB of Sri Petaling at around 9.15am and can't see any crowd. I managed to subscribe the Amanah Saham 1 Malaysia and complete the whole application process within 15 minutes.... awesome!! Everything done at 9.30am. So, not necessary early bird is advantaged all the time!! Hehe!! I can confirm that the response this time is bit slower if compared with ASW2020 and ASM previously.
Afternoon time, received a call from my sister and she told me that the the Maybank at Damansara is crowded again. Everyone is still excited on the AS1M and long queue again. Huh?? Really unbelievable!! Anyway, I don't bother about that. As long as I manage to buy my share, that's good enough for me. :)
