'Split pose' week


Attended 3 yoga classes this week in Myfitness. Ya, this week I attended more yoga class. Just suddenly think that it's time to catch up with class again. Some more, lots of people said yoga good for losing weight wor. Ya lar, CNY is approaching ma!!

Normally in every yoga class, there would be a warm-up session of stretching and sun-salutation. Nothing much. After that, we will proceed with other poses to stretch and develop the internal core strength of the whole body, part by part.

This week, what a coincidence, in all the classes... we practise a same pose in the class, the split, 一字马. I always feel that is very tough to stay hold in this pose. But after doing it frequently for the whole week, now I can easily do it after a proper warm-up. Really can feel the '成就感' very much.... hehe. But I know, if I stop practising it for few weeks, I would have to start to train up again... Hope that at least I can do once a week in class lor.
