I gave myself a try in joining the RPM or so-called cycling class last Saturday. All this while, I was thinking that my stamina level standing at the average line. But after last Saturday, I can almost confirm that my stamina level is surely below average. I find myself super tiring in the spinning studio during the RPM class.
But no doubt, RPM really burns lots of calories. It is the fastest way to burn calories and build up stamina for oneself. So, I've decided that from now on, I will try to allocate some spare hours to join the RPM class to improve my stamina level gradually. I wish to stay healthier and stronger.
